Example: If you want to remember to feed your fish every day, combine it with another habit you already do, like making your morning coffee. The one major takeaway of the book that really stuck with me was Habit Stacking, which is a way to form connections with current habits and habits you want to create (or forget). Stop procrastinating, create better habits, stop bad ones, and hold yourself accountable for it all.
