Miss Williams attended the University of Georgia and has an EdS (Educational Specialist) degree in Guidance and Counseling with add-on certification in Educational Leadership. Her first official duty will be to conduct a Leadership Development Institute at Georgia College and State University for her leadership team of approximately 80 members. She will serve as President-Elect until May, 2010 at which time she will be installed as President at Georgia Military College in Milledgeville.
